AAA question

It's said repeatedly that a corporation controlling one of the founding members of the corporation court (such as BMW, JRJ International, et al) gains AAA mega status by virtue of said control.

What happens if a government (such a benighted concept, but still, for sake of argument) buys out such a founding member?

How does the situtation change if said government just buys out an AAA directly?

Re: AAA question

No change, since the trick is: The seat is tied to members, and if you own the member you as owner can control the corporation and its representative in corporate court as well

A state wouldn't benefit much from this.
