Need Gurps Combos (3rd edition)

I'll be playing an Epic Fantasy game in GURPS 3rd. I May use Martial Arts, Supers, Magic and anything else that may sound useful. 500pt, -100 disadvantages, skill cap level 30. I was planing to play a paladin-like character, with a heavy armor, large shield (to get PD), using a Lance and mounted attacks (to use the Mount's ST instead of my PC's), but 5D+3 of damage sounds silly when you can inflict twice that using Martial Arts and spells combos. So, do you know any kind of (dirty) tricks? PS - Ignore the other post, wrong board (could someone delete it please?)
