Eve Online: Fleet requests

Many new pod pilots (new players to Eve Online) and some older ones would want to ask for some money (ISK) to help them start, while I can understand some of these requests, just joining some missions and taking a cut from it can be better.

If you want to see a level 4 mission fleet around Yarebap once in a while, feel free to post here.
