Help with feat selection...

Does anyone know a feat that makes a skill "class skill" if it wasn't class skill before?

I may be wrong with this since I've only played 3 & 3.5 games that were computer based. I've only seen what you are talking about when a player decides to multiclass.

BTW, isn't it Cosmopolitan from Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting?
I think there's also a feat called Education, but I may be wrong on this one.

Yes, your guess was right

But I think I got that feat in a bit bigger place than the suggested ones

The character idea was originally designed for 2nd edition Plascape, but all attempts to make it work failed so far but now I have a good chance to play with this nice character.

yes it is cosmopolitan

and yes education does something similiar but is restricted, it adds all knowledgeskills to your cs-list and adds +1 to two knowledgeskills u can chose
