| My Favorite Character
Funny thing is, non of my truly favorite characters are my own, but my players (or from various PCRPGs). So I submit three of my favorite PCs...Note that I was the GM for only the first character.
Cynis Bayanai - "Exalted: Dragonblooded": This character was a 'graduate' of the sorcerors school who made it out barely by merit. He could not cast spells, and his claim to fame was his knack with dealing with spirits and his razor wit. This character had the goal of oneuping all of his tormentors, becoming a greater wizard than his old Headmaster, and proving his worth to his parents.
Trixi - "Dnd 2nd": This halfling thief had the worst of luck, for instance, she was returning home after robbing the local police and found to her horror...that her parents were swingers with their elderly neighbors. The four grown ups promised to not turn in Trixi if she promised to never mention their 'friday special'. To this day Trixi's lips were sealed. (She was also the best thief I'd ever seen on par with 'Thief's "Garrett"')
Varyl - "Quest for Glory 2": This fighter had a hard time of it, working hard to be able to defeat the blacksmith at arm wrestling and having a hard time impressing his instructor at the hero's guild. The final battle with Khaveen, when my character disarmed him, I had the choice of slaying him. Varyl pointed to Khaveens sword demanding him to pick it up. Varyl refused to slay the defenseless no matter how wicked. This and other deeds earned him Rhakeesh's paladins sword, and the cheers of all his newfound friends.
