Some rebel nobles from Genothar and criminals from the same kingdom escaped from the lands of Genothar, and took some lands for themself soon after. They try to be different from Genothar, but racism, importance of nobility, cruelty and demonic ties remained. They try to follow the ideals present in Drag'ethor, without knowing much about their ideology and the reasons behind them.
Due to the lack of divine spellcasters magical healing is rare, but there are advancements in mundane way of healing, too bad that the experiments they used to learn this art weren't too ethical. Well... it was normal for a culture where most people thinks murder and torture is good, and a display of strenght, ignoring the reasoning behind them.
They pursue strenght and display of strenght often, and for this they need both cruelty, strong armies for noble houses, some allies, and also luxuries to show their status. Most of their economy is based on trading and manufacturing luxuries, from wine to silk and lace. For the clothes made from their silk and lace most women would pay a small fortune, but sadly they would have to also pay good money for protection if they want it made for their size.
It is dangerous to visit a country where racism is common, where they treat women as a property, a valued property, something they protect from others (but can abuse themself) but still a property. Where torture and killing for entertainment are common.
With all these luxuries and this treatment for women they tend to run the best and most exclusive borthels, and many of their people opened such borthels elsewhere as well. Also they often train slaves, and they tend to train women to be perfect brides. Such schools can be very expensive.
And since you need protection in most cases to survive in this country, and many houses have private armies and assassins there are quite a lot of fighting schools there as well. The bodyguards you can hire there are famous.
While they inherited both rigid caste systems and rigid laws, the laws often change based on who interprets them, the rule of the stronger people is considered absolute.
